2021 Vaccination Clinics

The Kingston Board of Health will offer COVID-19 vaccination to any community member ages 12 and up.

  • Place: Kingston Intermediate School, 65 Second Brook St, Kingston, Ma
  • Dates:  October 16th,  November 6th, December 4th
  • Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Make a Vaccination Appointment 

Parents/guardians must give their permission and accompany their children under the age of 18 years old in order for their children to be vaccinated.  The vaccine that will be offered in the clinic will be Pfizer.  

There is no cost to you for this vaccine, although your health plan may be billed. Your health plan cannot charge you a co-pay.  If you have questions about medications that you or your child is taking, or regarding COVID vaccine administration for you and/or your child, please speak with your health care provider.
