Come in costume for a character themed trick or treat trail at the Reed Building on Friday, October 21 between 5 PM to 8 PM. Take a picture with one of the many Halloween inflatables or make a craft. It will feature games, music, food, and movies.
This program is free and open to all ages. It is presented by the Kingston Public Library and the Kingston Recreation Department while it is sponsored in part by the Kingston Public Library Foundation, Inc.
