Kingston’s current municipal aggregation agreement expires on September 1, 2022. Kingston’s electricity consultant, Colonial Power Group, aggressively sought out new pricing in a volatile market. Ultimately, due to market volatility, a shorter term, 15-month contract was agreed to.
Rates under the new agreement will be increasing from .17871per kWh , an increase from the current .10525 per kWh. Information will be mailed by Colonial Power Group August 16th. For any further questions, please call 781-585-0500 and choose option 4.
