Boat Excise Bills have been mailed for 2022. These bills cover the time period of July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022.

If you no longer own a boat that you are being billed for, please complete the Boat Change of Status Form below and submit this form to the Assessors office. if you have sold your boat or are now mooring the boat in a different city or town, you will also need to submit this form to the Massachusetts Environments Police. We receive boat registration information from the Environmental Police once a year. We use this information (along with mooring slips) to determine which boats we need to bill for excise tax for the Town of Kingston for the current year.
** If you sold your boat after July 1, 2021, you may owe a partial amount on your bill for the time period that you did own your boat. **
