Applications for fuel assistance through the Ichabod Washburn Benevolent Fund are now available here or at the Kingston Public Library, the Council on Aging and the Town Clerk's Office.

In accordance with the provisions of the Trust, "unmarried women... of the Town (of Kingston), who are in need of assistance" may apply.
