Town Administrator
The Town Administrator is responsible for the supervision of all departments outlined in the Town Organizational Chart. The Town Administrator recommends appointments, discipline, or removal of all municipal employees under his authority. On an annual basis, the Town Manager provides the Board of Selectmen with an annual budget, including proposed expenditures and estimated revenues. This document outlines the immediate and long range financial and capital project plans for the Town.
The Town Administrator carries out policy decisions of the Board of Selectmen; oversees all property, real and personal, owned by the Town; keeps the Board of Selectmen informed of the Town's needs and ongoing conditions; and make reports as may be required by law, requested by the Board, or judged necessary by the Administrator The Town Administrator takes part in all discussions which come before the Board of Selectmen, but acts in a non-voting advisory capacity.

The purpose of the show is to keep residents informed about current and upcoming topics impacting the town and its residents. About Town Administrator Keith Hickey
Keith R. Hickey was appointed Kingston Town Administrator on February 1, 2021. Prior to beginning in Kingston, Keith has been a Town Manager in New Hampshire and Massachusetts for over twenty years. Mr. Hickey began his career in 1985 in the municipal finance field prior to becoming a Town Manager in 2000.
Keith graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and earned his Master’s Degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Keith also has been recognized as a Credentialed Manager by the International City and County Managers Association.
