COVID Vaccine and Booster Clinics

Important information to know for clinics:

        (Make a Vaccination Appointment)

  • Walk-ins are available for 5 and older but it is recommended that you book an appointment. 
  • Please bring your vaccination card
  • Parents/guardians must give their permission and accompany their children under the age of 18 years old in order for their children to be vaccinated. 
  • There is no cost to you for this vaccine, although your health plan may be billed. Your health plan cannot charge you a co-pay.  If you have questions about medications that you or your child is taking, or regarding COVID vaccine administration for you and/or your child, please speak with your health care provider.
